Clean and well-maintained Mako 261 Center Console.Originally built in 1978.Restored with modern amenities in 2023. 

The Mako 261 is a highly sought after classic from the legendary boat builder and we spared no expense to restore PERLA AZUL. From the ribs  and stringers, the deck and custom console were built with marine grade 1" plywood and four layers of 1708 biaxial fiberglass cloth with 1 oz. chopped straw mat backing and West System epoxy resin. Interior (Hatteras white) and exterior (Navy blue) of the hull were painted using two-part polyurethane. The transom was re-enforced to 8” thick and Armstrong bracket added. A new 165 gallon aluminum fuel tank sits beneath the console. And 3” stainless tubing with re enforced canvas rounds out the custom T top. Onew wiring and batteries carefully and cleanly installed for easy troubleshooting.

After more than 3000 hours, the powerhead were recently rebuilt in July 2025 on both engines. Powered by twin 200hp motors, PERLA AZUL's top speed is just under 50mph.
